I had a hard time finding someone to cut the Matts/knots out of our two Maincoon cats. Not many groomers seem to do cats :( They are a year old and we just didn't brush them enough and eventually the matting was becoming uncomfortable for our babies. We searched and searched for someone who could do cat grooming as we were much too scared to do it ourselves. Katie was incredible, booked us in within three days and was so comfortable with the cats. We were worried because one of our cats is a bit of a fuss pot, but Katie was so good with her. Even let my husband in the back room to help because we were nervous with it being our and their first time. Thanks so much Katie, we are so greatful to have found you!

One very happy customer and pooch, will 100% be returning. Took Thor for his de-shed groom yesterday, absolutely over the moon with how he looked when I collected him, he smelt lovely (they use really good quality nice products in their shop, which they also retail-bonus) he looked so handsome and happy with his tail wagging (another bonus to see) and didn’t want to leave the shop- which I take as a good sign of their love and care of animals. Very reasonable with their prices, better then a lot of places I’d looked into, they do a loyalty scheme (great) and I love to be able to support a family run local business rather than a chain. The chap behind reception and Katie herself are both lovely welcoming people, knowledgable and happy to accommodate all the needs I requested. Thank you for making us feel welcome and happy and again for making Thor look so beautiful ????

He is always calm when getting it done, which shows how good they are with animals.
